Gluten Free Options

In the past 2 years I have become passionate about Gluten Free cooking and baking.  When my  9 year daughter was diagnosed with gluten intolerance I decided then and there we WOULD still have delicious fresh baked desserts and savory comfort food in our home! 

Thru ongoing recipe testing and development I am proud to say I have perfected many dishes usually not available to people avoiding glutens.  Especially important to me is the texture of baked goods.  Most store bought GF sweets taste like a handful of sand at the beach!  Challenging as it might be, I am committed to working and re-working my client's favorite dishes until they are both gluten free and delightful to the palate.
