Gluten Free by Betsy G. was born as a result of a personal quest to create wheat free goodies that were REALLY good! When my daughter was just 9 years old it became clear that she was experiencing severe gluten intolerance. What is a Midwestern born and raised chef to do but get busy creating outstanding options both for her and the rest of our friends and family? My recipes have been worked and reworked until the flavors and textures elicit memories of childhood. My passion is to prove to your palate that Gluten & Dairy Free can actually be mouthwateringly fabulous!
